Simena hotels are education level appropriate to the position,
knowledge, manner, experience and cultural accumulation.
Work
Environments and Structure
Our work structure is based on 3 shifts in a day and we are working by
teams. It includes open and/or close space works. This type of working
system requires team members who will be participator, creative and
developer.
Salary
Policy
In our company the salary level is calculated by 12 gross salaries.
Every year the salaries are adjusted according to the inflation rate
that affects the actual circumstances and also adjusted according to
the performance.

All applications that are made through internet, e-mail, fax, mail or
fill out work request form are followed by Human Resources Department.
If an employee need arises, the suitable candidates are asked to come
to the Human Resources Department for a prior interview. The suitable
candidates are asked to come for a second interview in which the
responsible of the relevant department also attends this interview.
